Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Burning Operator with a strong work ethic to join our team. The ideal candidate will support company operations and contribute to a pleasant work environment. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the ability to adapt and handle various tasks effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transfer kiln cars in and out of the burners.
• Monitor the kiln and make necessary adjustments.
• Adjust temperatures as needed.
• Change burners.
• Monitor brick quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience Required for Success:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to gather and skillfully analyze information.
• Ability to wear PPE (personal protection equipment) – required and provided.
