Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Outside Laborer to join our team. As a General Outside Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of physical labor tasks outdoors, including operating power/hand tools, loading and unloading materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hand tools & power tools, such as saws, drills, and grinders
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines for operating equipment and tools
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in physical labor or construction work preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in tasks
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
