Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wet Saw Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. This position involves operating a wet saw and performing tasks that require physical strength and mechanical aptitude. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving organizational efficiency and maintaining a pleasant work environment.

Schedule:

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Weekends: No weekends required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate a wet saw to cut materials accurately and efficiently.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Use hand tools to perform various tasks.
• Read and interpret tape measures accurately.
• Operate a forklift to transport materials as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Follow all required work safe practices, including wearing all required PPE in designated areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience Required for Success:

• Experience operating a wet saw or similar machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Mechanical experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and reading a tape measure.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to wear PPE (personal protection equipment) – required and provided.

Education and Experience:

• One to three months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
