RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in preparing and coating metal parts
• Ensure that parts are properly cleaned and prepared before coating
• Assist in the loading and unloading of parts into and out of paint booths
• Maintain equipment, including cleaning and maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Other duties as assigned by the paint department supervisor or manager

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
