Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine HVAC system inspections and repairs.
• Perform physical maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
• Assist with unit turnovers, ensuring apartments are ready for new tenants.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare to be on call rotation.

Qualifications:

• Spanish bilingual, preferred.
• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
• HVAC experience or certification.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle manual labor.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Possess or obtain Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification to maintain the property’s pool.
